1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Time Window
You may cancel any order within 240 seconds (4 minutes) of placing it. After this window, orders proceed to our bakery and cannot be canceled online.
1.2 How to Cancel
- Call our customer care immediately at +91 81379-73575 within 240 seconds of placing your order.
- Provide your Order Number and registered mobile number.
- If you have an account, you may also cancel via My Account > Orders within 240 seconds.
1.3 Incorrect Pricing or Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or containing other typographical errors, at any time, whether payment has been captured or not. You will receive a full refund if payment was processed.
2. Return & Replacement
We prepare and ship bakery products fresh; therefore, returns are only accepted under the following limited circumstances:
2.1 Damaged Packaging
If your order arrives with damaged, torn, or unsealed packaging, you may request a return or replacement within 60 minutes of delivery.
2.2 Incorrect Product Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item(s), you may request a return or replacement within 60 minutes of delivery.
2.3 How to Request

- In your request, include:
- Order Number
- Photo of damage or packaging defect (for damaged packaging)
- Photo of the received product(s)
2.4 Return Shipping
- You must return the item(s) in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and complimentary gifts intact.

2.5 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not available; only replacements of the same item or full refunds.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 3-4 working days.
3.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase:
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment source.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer or digital wallet—please provide your bank or UPI details.
3.3 Shipping Charges
- We reimburse return shipping costs for valid damaged or incorrect-item returns upon proof of postage.
- We reserve the right to deduct return shipping charges if the total order value exceeds ₹600 and the return does not meet our limited-return criteria.
4. General Terms
- Partial Returns: Not permitted. You must return the entire order if it meets the criteria above.
- Opened Products: Once packaging is opened without visible damage to the exterior, the item is non-returnable.
- Quality Concerns: Any quality-related refund is at our sole discretion following inspection.
- No-Show Claims: If you report non-delivery but we have proof of delivery, no refund will be issued.
